This meal plan was designed to give you the freedom and flexibility to achieve any goal you want (weight maintenance, weight gain, weight loss, habit change. etc.) in a smooth and easy way with no pressure. The plan consists of a wide variety of food, which will allow you to understand the correct amounts for your body and your goal. The plan is designed based on the caloric requirement of the goal you select, and it is unique in its flexibility and diversity.

Note: This plan is not suitable for weight loss for people with hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, diabetes or PCOS, and we recommend that you purchase a plan designed for those medical conditions specifically.

After the payment process, the paid amounts cannot be refunded in all cases, and therefore the amount paid for the service will be in the wallet of your membership in Tegdar Center for a maximum of two months.
